Plantation: Hi, I was wondering if the NBA has announced playoff dates for the New Jersey series yet?
Heat Rep: No
Plantation: OK. Do you have any idea when they are supposed to make the announcement?
Heat Rep: No
Plantation: Uhh, OK. Thanks

  • You'd think with all the money the Heat are getting for playoff tickets ($250 a seat), they could afford to pay someone to be nice.

  • A, I don't buy that argument. Ya see, THAT'S what they were hired for. If you're a phone rep and you can't be nice, then you shouldn't be talking to people especially when you know that you're gonna get bombarded with the same question over and over again.

    E, you sound like Elaine Benes bragging about the lobster bisque over the sex. And no, no tix for me. Outta my price range.
