All's fine here, thank you everyone. The storm moved South and basically hit the Keys. Just a bunch of wind and rain here. I now fear for my blogging friends in Houston. ESSF, Thomas, Sassy, and anyone else I left off, please take precaution and be safe. Rita's gonna be a Cat 4 when she arrives.
Glad to hear you are safe and sound, my friend. I know how this all works-I have a lot of family in the greater Miami-Dade areas, and they tell us how the whole hurricane thing works. I live in the Pacific NW, and we get the equivalent of your tropical storms about every other week in the winter time, and really strong winds(around hurricane force) usually about 2 our of every 10 storms. But the rain is cold, so at least there it is warm.
Keep safe my friend-I hope that this finds you well. Did you go through Andrew?
The title is the name of the book I’m writing. It began as a book about life in the workplace & evolved into a story about life, liberty, & the pursuit of happiness. Like most blogs, I’ll write about life’s observations & my experiences in the dating scene; however, I’ll try to put my own off-beat, quirky spin on things. Like Forrest Gump’s cross-country run, I invite you join in the chase. The chase for me is simply to share my life with someone special. Ready to run?

Imagine that...and they still want to live there. I read that the prices of property are sky rocketing. It's craziness.
