SEPARATED AT BIRTH?
At Starbuck's today, the barista asked me if anyone had told me that I looked like Dana Carvey? I laughed and said, "no," and that I couldn't really picture it. She said not only did I look like him, but I sounded like him, too. I politely thanked her for the compliment.
I think she had a bit too much caramel in her Macchiato or something, don't you?

I don't know what to say. [but, I'm laughing really hard . . .]
Not that this is at all true.
But, upon seeing a friend of mine's good friend, the girl said to me "You look great. You look like Catherine Zeta-Jones."
I was like, "I love you. Can you say that to me like all the time?" [I said something to those words.]
Then, she says, "Well, in your eyes, you totally look like her."
Needless to say, I ate it up anyway. And, her and I are very good friends now. I know it's vain. But, us, girls need these vain affirmations in life.:) Bottomline, she's a sweetie!

that's cute. However, picture you starring in "Wayne's World" is commical. ;) I get told I look like people all the time. The last one was Belinda Carlise. Funny. Normally it is Mandi Moore. Isn't she still a teenager?

... ahem, I AM that Starbucks Barista. I thought it was kind of funny. Who knew my silly little conversational comment would be recorded in online history for all time. ~note to self: watch what you say to potential Hollywood look-alikes ~
And there can never be too much carmel in MY machiatto.

You have a much stronger stature than Carvey but equally as witty
By Sass, at 9:42 PM, July 11, 2005
Miss Sass, you are waaay to kind. Have you been sniffing whatever Robotnik's sniffing?

does carmel = caramel?? or are you deliberately alluding to the classic line of Archie Bunker's
, where he refers to Harry Belafonte as "a good-looking white
guy dipped in carmel"

I stand corrected, anon.
